In this role, you’ll be working on an exciting international campaign as the customer’s first point of contact. We want people who can be proactive in problem solving while remaining empathetic to the customer’s concerns or queries.

What you will do in this role:

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and complete solutions to our clients via various channels, ensuring they receive quality resolutions with the utmost care and attention
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working on different teams based on the needs of our client
  • Embrace changing roles and responsibilities to provide support where it is most needed

Your qualifications and experience
Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • Matric
  • Clear criminal record
  • Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
  • English Proficiency both written and spoken
  • High willingness to help customers, self-motivated, self-starting and self-assured
  • Good multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of effective customer service processes
  • Understanding of the Call Centre industry
  • Computer literacy – ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Attention to Detail
  • Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)

 

Experience

  • Minimum 12 months call centre experience (essential)
  • Technical Support (essential)
  • Exposure to chat and email (advantageous)
