- Deliver timely, accurate, and complete solutions to our clients via various channels, ensuring they receive quality resolutions with the utmost care and attention

Your qualifications and experience
Concentrix is a great match if you have:
- Matric
- Clear criminal record
- Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- English Proficiency both written and spoken
- High willingness to help customers, self-motivated, self-starting and self-assured
- Good multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of effective customer service processes
- Understanding of the Call Centre industry
- Computer literacy – ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
- Attention to Detail
- Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
Experience
- Minimum 12 months call centre experience (essential)
- Technical Support (essential)
- Exposure to chat and email (advantageous)
